alcoa house profiled in atomic ranch magazine!

Ok, we all know about Lee and Peter Braun’s meticulous restoration of Alcoa House on Elba — which, ahem, we wrote about back in 2020 — but now the world does, too! Atomic Ranch, one of the best and most popular of the modern shelter magazines, is featuring the house in its current issue, “The Renovation Guide” (with photos by Tammy Loverdos) and is well worth a read.

You can download the issue for about $8 at the Atomic Ranch website — and not only is the 16-page story a great read with tons of background info, but Atomic Ranch was also a sponsor of the 2024 House+Garden Tour, so clearly they’re people of sophistication, taste and excellent judgment in design.
