Nepenthe Gallery Shows Off Hollin Hills Artist in New Exhibit

Big fun — and lots of Hollin Hillers — at Nepenthe Gallery last night! It was the opening for a show of Alexandria-focused art (titled “The Alexandria Experience”) and showcased a terrific new work from Hollin Hills’ own Mary Ann Rametta — which sold almost the moment it went up!

The gallery has been developing strong ties with Hollin Hills (much of the art on display during the 2026 House and Garden Tour came from Nepenthe), and we spotted at least a dozen Hollin Hillers during the packed opening.

The Gallery was also showing off its beautiful new digs in Hollin Hall — well worth a visit if you haven’t seen been there yet. (Plus there’s a life-sized wicker elephant by the front door, which, seriously, just go see it.)
